Our recruiters are trained to tap into the market that is not actively responding to job postings or newspaper advertisements. While some in-house recruiters may have the training to do this, most do not.

We typically work on a contingency basis but have successfully completed both “single search” retained as well as “multiple position” retained requests. We also have the ability to satisfy your contract and contract-to-perm needs through our strong relationship within our industry.

The ultimate decision to hire a candidate is yours. Smith Arnold Partners makes every effort to thoroughly understand the position requirements and the culture of your company to ensure a strong fit. When we hire a candidate through Smith Arnold Partners, what is the fee?

 

Our fee is calculated based on the hired employee’s estimated first-year earnings. For positions paying commissions, bonuses or other incentives, first-year earnings will include a realistic estimate of such compensation. The fee is agreed upon prior to the commencement of the search.

What if the candidate doesn't work out? Do you offer a guarantee?

 

Smith Arnold Partners extends a 30-day guarantee, provided the fee is paid within 15 days of the employee's start date. Upon written notification, we will endeavor to replace the candidate at no additional cost.

Smith Arnold Partners will tailor our agreement to suit your needs. While the majority of our searches are performed on a contingency basis, we also have conducted both single search retained as well as multiple position retained searches on behalf of Fortune 50 organizations.

Smith Arnold Partners invites all of our clients to conduct their interviews confidentially in our facility; we can make our executive boardroom or conference room facilities available on short notice. Facilities are equipped with all necessary presentation materials. There is no charge for this service.
