A growing Fairfield County based wealth advisory practice seeks a Business Operations Manager who can immediately make an impact in its daily business and strategically guide the firm as it enters the next growth phase. Working directly with the founder, the ideal candidate is ambitious and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where you will wear many different hats.

Title: Business Operations Manager
Location: Greenwich, CT
Compensation: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00

Job Responsibilities:

Management of daily staff meetings to ensure the company is running smoothly
Represent the perspective and values of the founder across the organization and before external clients
Develop, implement and monitor staff’s milestone goals and achievements
Led various project management initiatives. Supervise all tasks and projects from inception to completion
Assist in in human resource management activities, including regular performance evaluations and determining where additional resources are required
Identify issues across the organization and create initiatives to solve them
Excel in forming lasting relationships with both clients and staff


Bachelors degree
Working knowledge of basic investment concepts and procedures used in the securities industry preferred
Strong verbal and written communications skills demonstrating an eagerness to collaborate
Working knowledge of human resources management concepts, practices, policies and procedures
Strong grasp of fundamental project management tools, techniques and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to produce presentations and maintain spreadsheets
Successfully worked in an entrepreneurial environment and possess strong organizational skills and a drive to get things done
