Our client, a rapidly growing technology firm, has built an AI software platform that will revolutionize the transportation industry’s fuel consumption by combining data from a vehicles internal processes with external commercial data. They are searching for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis who will report directly to the CEO.
Title: Director, FP&A
Location: New York, NY, remote until September 2021
Salary: $144,000 to $160,000 + equity component
*partner cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to drive results and operating efficiencies across the organization.
*Develop, present and maintain our operating model and manage financial reporting. You’ll build and direct an annual budgeting and planning process.
*as a collaborative business partner, using your expertise to enable the entire organization to achieve its goals rapidly, but responsibly.
* partner closely with leadership to prepare materials for presentation to the Board of Directors at regular meetings; be comfortable presenting to external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.
6 to 8 years of professional experience in financial planning, strategic advisory or operations. Consulting or Investment Banking preferred.
Track record of success in delivering high-quality work in a high-growth, SaaS business environment.
Strong financial analysis skills, including being detail-oriented and proficient in building and using complicated data sources, financial modeling, and multi-year projections
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Scrappy self-starter who believes “it’s better to ask for forgiveness than for permission.”
