Exciting Manager of Software Engineering opportunity with one of the largest Advertising Technology leaders in the world. This Manager is responsible for a team of 20 Software Engineers and will manage a variety of projects, including Front End Development initiatives, re-architecting existing systems, improving application performance and building greenfield applications!
This team partners with the product management and user experience teams to design, architect, and implement beautiful, easy-to-use, functional user interfaces that enable our users to drive their business to success. The team spends their days developing best-in-class products using React, Redux and many other useful technologies in the React ecosystem, such as Reselect and Redux-saga. They also own a number of “middle layer” Node.js applications and contribute to the schemas that drive the implementation of GraphQL.

Salary: 180,000 – 200,000 + Bonuses

This Software Engineering Manager will own team’s deliverables to ensure we are building products that address the needs of our customers
Provide continuous feedback to guide team members through their career development

Hire high potential candidates to grow the team
5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer
Experience leading a team of engineers and guiding them through their career development
Experience driving planning and design discussions and leading them as needed
Track record of leading cross-functional projects that deliver high-quality products on time
Experience with designing and building enterprise user-facing applications preferred
A commitment to code quality
Extensive experience collaborating and building an inclusive and growth-oriented team culture
