Title: Manager, Software Implementations
Salary: 115,000 – 130,000 + BONUS
Location: Norwalk or Manhattan – Temporarily remote

This Software Implementation Manager will work with client teams to gather information about the client specific implementation details, guide client teams during modeling and data phases to prepare for eventual roll-out and implementation of this organization’s analytics software solution.
The Manager will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, testing and support of software services
We are looking for analytic executives who possess excellent communication skills, have a desire to work with senior executives at some of the world’s leading companies, and possess an ability to work with data science teams to help translate technical outputs into meaningful recommendations for these clients.
You will be responsible for:
Working closely with client teams to understand specifics of client data and models
Using proprietary tools and SQL Server to load/update models and data in client instance
Configure software for client usage
Preparing files for Client teams to QC the instance and help them resolve any issues prior to roll-out

Conducting software demos for internal client teams as well as for prospective clients

BS Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Experience with database concepts: ER Diagrams, PK/FK relationships, Outer/Inner Joins, Constraints and User Security
1-2 years’ experience with SQL Server writing queries and stored procedures
1-2 years’ experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment-preferably in the Market Research or Consulting space
