The firm operates out of several offices spread across the country, and represents hundreds of businesses, large and small, and select individuals. Many have been clients for decades.

Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: Northern New Jersey
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting technical assistance throughout the firm
The role will involve maintaining an inventory of the firms technical equipment and supplies.
Set up video conferences and ensure quality.
Ensure standards are established and followed when setting up and deploying equipment.

Requirements:
BS degree in Computer Science.
3 – 7 years of Desktop / Help Desk support
In depth knowledge of Windows 10 desktop environment, and MS Office 2016.
Computer desktop and laptop hardware repair knowledge.
Legal software such as iManager, Workshare, and Worksite preferred.
Experience at a law firm or professional services environment a big plus.
