We are excited to announce Talent Acquisition for a leading Certified Home Care Agency. The TA will join our leadership team and lead scaling our workforce as we continue our rapid growth. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the recruiting process, including finding, attracting and hiring smart, hardworking, growth-minded new team members. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work alongside the CFO and HR Leaders to create and modify job descriptions and administer hiring process.

Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary – 55,000 – 65,000

Job Responsibilities:
Effectively evaluate potential third party partnerships, build highly effective working relationships with external partners to support the hiring process
Execute on tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates through proactive initiatives
Screen candidate applications, manage candidate communication
Draft, edit, and post job descriptions to appropriate job boards
Work with Human Resources leadership to finalize recruitment budget
Maintain and track data within ATS
Deliver clear and frequent communication between hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.

Professional experience, particularly with calendar management/scheduling
HR/Staffing experience preferred, or related experience in an administrative role
