Title: AGILE Project Manager
Salary: 95,000 – 125,000
Location: Westport, CT

Responsibilities
Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of technical initiatives, manage individual projects, document business requirements, and assemble QA test plans within an Agile framework.
Fulfill role of Scrum Master for Agile development team, including facilitating daily stand-ups, managing sprint cycle, and overseeing releases.
Help to drive adoption and refinement of an Agile methodology for technology projects.
Responsible for managing, prioritizing, scheduling, and reporting on a modest portfolio of technical initiatives, and smaller updates, fixes, and changes.
Perform project management of individual initiatives, including maintaining a project plan, facilitating meetings, and reporting on project status.
Document business requirements for all projects as developed by application SME’s and business stakeholders, and coordinate sign-off.
Work with application SME’s to develop QA test plans for all projects and create test plan documents. May be asked to assist with testing.

Required Skills
Project Manager with experience in Agile methodologies.
Five or more years of project management experience
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.
Experience working in an Agile framework
Experience gathering requirements and creating technical specifications
QA Test Planning experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience
