Title: Senior Director, Finance Shared Services
Location: New York/ San Francisco
Compensation: $200,000-210,000 + Excellent Benefits, meal allowances, health insurance, and great company culture!

Responsibilities:
The finance team is seeking a Senior Director of Shared Services to streamline processes, create and apply global policies and automate tasks that will optimize performance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and excited about meeting new challenges in a company geared for fast-paced growth. This hire will be instrumental in implementing consistent finance operations throughout the company’s global offices. Experience in building scalable financial policies, operating in a global organization, and team development are critical for this role.

The right candidate will enjoy working in a team environment, having a cross-functional role, and a hunger to build relationships with members of HR, FP&A, Sales and Operations. In this leadership role, a hands-on approach to management with the ability to mentor and train a top-notch team is essential. This hire will work with senior management to develop the team’s vision, strategize and collaborate with multiple divisions to promote consistency and unified development of new ideas and policies.
Requirements:
Experience in annual audit, quarterly reviews, internal controls, and financial reporting
Proven ability to create scalable processes and policies in a rapidly growing company
Team player, experienced in a cross-functional role and working with all levels of the organization
15+ years of accounting and finance experience in a startup or growth-oriented work environment
Success in building large teams (15+) both within the US and globally
Preferred candidates will have a working knowledge of cloud-based systems such as Workday, Netsuite, Salesforce, ADP.
