Title: Network Engineer
Location: Manhattan, NY –Remote
Salary: $115,000 – 130,000 + Bonuses and incredible Benefits/401k/Vacation package

This dynamic Ad Tech Industry Leader is seeking a Network Engineer to join their Technical Operations group and to immediately take on some of the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of their Network as well as to work on engineering tasks with senior staff.
There is substantial opportunity to learn a lot while working on our team. Everything from Layer 2 switching, routing (BGP), MPLS, Spine / Leaf Layer 3 networking, load balancing, NTP, CDN, Hybrid Cloud Computing / Networking, monitoring and more.
This environment consists of network equipment from Juniper, Cisco, and Arista. Our network consists of dozens of Ten Gigabit Ethernet (10GE) ISP connections, and various 10/100GE private peering’s and interconnects. We also have numerous private 10GEs between data centers.
This Mid-level Network Engineer will be responsible for:
Monitors network health and implements solutions when issues are found
Monitors network capacity and makes recommendations for capacity augmentations.
Performs daily operational handoffs from our Network Engineering team in APAC (Bangalore and Singapore) to our team in the USA to ensure smooth daily operations continuity
Participates in onboarding of Engineers in APAC, including· updating of new hiring training documentation to ensure relevancy
Develops detailed plans for network device upgrades
Work with datacenter team on new device installations and device removals from the network
Work with circuit providers and ISPs as needed to resolve circuit or IP connectivity issues

Strong experience with BGP, TCP/IP, ISP’s
Strong experience with troubleshooting and identifying/resolving performance issues
Experience with network capacity monitoring, monitoring network health and implementing network solutions
