This investigation leadership position reports directly into the Head of Corporate Compliance and will be responsible for performing and leading high-profile corporate investigations. This Investigator position is a hands-on leadership position with exposure to all levels of the organization.

Title: Corporate Compliance Investigator
Location: Greenville, SC or elsewhere in the Southeast
Salary: $100,000 to $120,000

Investigate claims of violation of Corporate Code of Conduct.
Develops and executes all phases of a plan of investigation, including fact gathering; review and analysis of organizational data, information and records; and conducting interviews.
Conduct highly sensitive, critical, confidential and time sensitive investigations.
Perform forensic analysis in support of ethics case investigations.
Preserve confidentiality or privilege and follows procedures for fact-gathering, document reviews and witness interviews.
Provide accurate and timely oral and written investigative reports to the Senior Compliance Manager and other senior executives.
Coordinates closely with Internal Audit, Legal, and Human Resources relative to application, interpretation, and enforcement of the company’s policies and procedures as well as the corporate code of conduct. Provide compliance training.
Travel to incident locations, primarily domestic, to perform investigations.

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience in conducting corporate investigations, preferably within a global organization. Additional law enforcement experience is a plus.
Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are very desirable.
Prior experience managing employee relations investigations and sensitive human resources, or labor matters strongly preferred.
Prior workplace investigations and/or employee relations experience
Strong written/verbal communication skills, leadership and analytical skills.
Experience with case management systems such as Compliance 360.
Proficient using Microsoft Office suite of products. Power BI is a plus
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 25%
Excellent skills in organization, active listening and detail-orientation.
