Title: Sr Account Manager – Property Casualty Carrier Relationship Executive
Location: Remote – 40% Travel after Covid
Salary: 130,000 – 160,000 +Incentives/Commission

Responsibilities:
This individual will lead prospecting and onboarding of new carriers. The role will identify carriers, negotiate with them, contract with them to allow this company to work with them both directly and through our customers and sell their products and thereby generate revenue.
This role will report to SVP of Customer Success and work closely with the Carrier Partner team to lead, plan, and execute the mission critical objectives focused around growth.
This individual will drive strategy around how to attract, retain, and grow Carrier Partners
The individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve carrier performance and leveraging technology and best practice data to promote change.
Responsible for managing the relationships with carrier partners. The Carrier Partner Executive serves as a liaison between his/her carriers and key internal stakeholders to ensure that bolt offers the optimal mix of products to ensure a successful partnership.
The Carrier Partner Executive is responsible for exploring new partnerships, including the analysis of new products.
Create strategic analytics around each of these areas to provide segmentation for opportunity and specific growth objectives
The Carrier Partner Executive is responsible for negotiating contracts with carriers to ensure the most favorable terms and serves as a liaison between this company and appropriate carrier contacts on critical issues pertaining to compliance, revenue and other financial related issues, as well as contract negotiations and other legal discussions as they arise.

Requirement:
7+ years’ experience in property & casualty insurance development, project management, tech strategy, operations, or consulting
Specific knowledge of the Property Casualty insurance industry is required for this role.
7+ years of strategic sourcing with experience driving change within a global matrixed organization
Proven experience in direct senior level carrier partner and related distribution relationships
Proven experience developing, selling, implementing strategies in a matrixed organization
High level strategic thinking skills required
History of success in past roles leading to increased responsibilities.
Ability to use customer interviews to diagnose underlying issues and create solutions.
