Title: Financial Systems Administrator / Analyst
Location: Middletown, CT
Salary: 90-110K

Key Responsibilities
– Responsible for administering, maintaining and enhancing the Budgeting/Forecasting/Strategic Planning and management reporting systems.
-Play a critical role in managing the Budgeting/Forecasting/Strategic Planning and monthly reporting processes.
-Manage the technical requirements of the financial systems, maintaining back-up protocols, enacting system updates, and develop & document procedures as well as process improvements
-Leverage system capabilities to create efficiencies in annual operating budget process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and monthly management reporting process
-Centralize, automate, enhance and maintain the production of monthly, quarterly and year-end management reporting packages for the lines of business as well as Executive Management
-Partner with the Technology business unit to ensure data integration from multiple sources including the organization’s core system, data warehouse, and Oracle Financials
-Actively participate in Finance special projects

QUALIFICATIONS
-BS in Accounting, Finance, technology or related. A Master’s is a plus
-5+ years Financial Management Reporting experience, preferably in a Financial Services environment
– Experience administering & maintaining FP&A management reporting systems with a deep understanding and practical experience in database management, as well as application support
-Practical experience & understanding of data flow – specifically, how Finance systems (GL, management reporting, Treasury, Fixed assets) link with core systems and the data warehouse
-Data mining, data management and data presentation skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills
-Experience in organizing and leading Finance processes, including annual budget and monthly forecasting processes
-Experience in monthly business unit financial reporting, forecasting, and annual budget preparation
-Excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
-Strategic thinking – particularly in terms of how to present different views of data
