This company is in the beginning stages of redesigning their Data Environment from the ground floor and is looking for a Sr Data Engineer to play a key role within this critical data landscape transformation!
Title: Sr. Data Engineer
Location: White Plains, NY – Temporality remote
Salary: $90,000 – 115,000 plus bonus

This Senior Data Analyst works collaboratively with team that is engaged in all aspects of the analytic lifecycle from program conception and business case development through outcomes/claims analysis, report development, and ongoing analytical support for the management team
You will be responsible for developing data visualizations, including reports, dashboards, and analyses using BI/BA reporting and visualization tools
You will be responsible for extracting and manipulating data and applying statistical methods and applications
This Sr Data Engineer will work closely with business units across the company providing medical cost and clinical outcomes, analysis for internal and external users, focused analytical research, regular/customized data reporting to support fact-based decision making and sales/marketing needs of the company.
Experience with SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS & PL SQL), Tableau
Experience Developing data visualizations, including reports, dashboards, and analyses using BI/BA reporting and visualization tools
Familiarity with the concepts and process of Data Warehouse (SSAS, SSRS & SSIS) and in extracting and analyzing information from company’s data warehouse.
Demonstrated ability to develop informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Demonstrated expertise in extracting and manipulating data and applying statistical methods and applications
Proficient in extracting and manipulating data using Access, SQL, and Excel.
Ability to analyze data and present the information effectively to diverse audiences.
5+ years of recent experience in a business analyst or data analyst role. Experience in the Healthcare domain would be a major plus
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent
