Our organization is a large provider of behavioral health care throughout Monmouth and Ocean County NJ. We have 6 different outpatient clinics and treat patients of all ages suffering from mental health issues, special needs, physical health, and substance abuse. We focus on delivering a high quality of care to all of our patients with in depth counseling sessions and thorough psychiatric evaluations. For the last 50 years we have grown exponentially and presently serve over 10,000 individuals with a wide range of diverse treatment services. At the present moment, we are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to work at two counseling centers in Lower Monmouth County working with child and adolescence with mental health issues. This position has no substance abuse or addiction involved. You would treat patients with ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety, and various other mood disorders. There would be a Psychiatrist at both sites and social workers as well. We offer a flexible schedule and an opportunity to work either 4 10 hour shifts or a 5-day work week. Location: Lower Monmouth County NJ
Salary: $135,000 to $145,ppp

Performing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children ages 5-18
Consulting with Psychiatrists on treatment plans
Documenting all results in EMR system (Avatar)
Working closely with social workers during counseling sessions
Addressing patient’s mental health needs and prescribing medication accordingly
Participating in team meetings
Speaking with patient family members about treatment plan

Masters of Science Degree from Accredited Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Program
New Jersey PMHNP license
Active DEA license
At least 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Board Certification
