Title: Senior Auditor
Location: Norwalk, CT
Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000

Work directly with Managers & Partners
Primary lead on client engagements walkthroughs, reviewing work papers, helping identify and resolve audit issues
Review and prepare financial statements, footnotes, and work papers. They demonstrate professional creativity in dealing with client matters and make constructive suggestions to improve client operations
Review and compilation procedures, developing a detailed engagement work plan, illustrating budgets and schedules
Performing accounting procedures in accordance with firm standards and in an accurate, thorough and timely manner, including proposing journal entries to client general ledgers
Apply knowledge of reporting standards to engagements

Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field
2-7 years of audit experience in the public sector
CPA or CPA track
Experience in broker-dealer, NFP, financial statements, and/or manufacturing preferred
CCH Axcess is desirable
