Title: Senior Network Engineer
Location: New York, New York -Temporarily remote
Salary- $140,000 – $165,000 +Bonus

Responsibilities:
This Sr Network Engineer will work closely with this corporations Head of Infrastructure and will be responsible for Network design, engineering, analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting of company’s network infrastructure and services, including switches, routers, LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, Wi-Fi and VPN devices, WAN protocols, and knowledge of dynamic routing protocols, low latency design.
Expert-Level Routing and switching experience (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, Multicast), including LAN/WAN/Security/Architecture
Experience configuring firewalls: Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet. Cisco ASA, Wireless LAN Controllers
Expert knowledge of networking basics such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, network monitoring protocols & applications – SNMP/Solar winds
Expert knowledge of Network micro-segmentation concepts and technologies
Expert Knowledge with Azure & AWS cloud networking protocols, establish cloud Express routes to reduce latency and optimize connectivity.
Knowledge of Azure & AWS Cloud Security is highly desired
Knowledge of Azure DevOPS is highly desired.
Planning, design, rollout and support of Audio / Voice and Unified Communication Technologies and Systems
Work with and directly lead external Network & Telecommunication vendors, third parties, and associated agencies, when necessary, to address connectivity and inter-operability issues, etc.
Provide Network subject matter expertise, resolve complex break/fix scenarios, engaging broader IT & Business teams as necessary; partner with Telecommunication vendors, and regions to achieve continuous Network improvement.
Deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol family as well as networking design technologies.

Qualifications:
Minimum 7-10 years of networking experience
CCNA/CCNP or CCIE Network and Cloud Security Certifications preferred
Experience deploying Networking technologies, services, systems, tools in order to achieve standardization and automation
Experience with VMware & Citrix virtualized environments
MS Office 365 & MS Teams Audio / Video and UC design experience
Experience with storage area protocols and vendors: iSCSI/FC & HDS, EqualLogic
Scripting experience – PowerShell, VBS, etc
Excellent analytical, organizational, process improvement and problem-solving skills
