The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will collaborate family focused healthcare for our infants, children, and adolescents. This allows for the opportunity to care for patients through all ages and stages of growth and development. The PNP will be needed on a full time basis , weekdays 9AM – 5PM. You will be working with patients ages birth – 26 years old, standard and sick visits.

Title – Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Location – Stamford, CT
Salary: 100-120K
Full Time – Monday – Friday

Job Responsibilities:

Promote healthy habits and proven practices for preventive care
Performs comprehensive histories and physical exams, identifies normal and abnormal findings, including physical, cognitive and psychosocial status
Orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests
Develops pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical treatment plans
Monitors effectiveness of plan of care
Educates patients on disease and treatment plans
Performs procedures as trained and appropriately credentialed
Documents within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and completes other necessary documents
Manage prescriptions of medication
Establish treatment plans

Primary Care experience/ outpatient experience
CT Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
Knowledge of the following Electronic Medical Record (EMR): eClinicalWorks
