Are you a Senior FP&A professional who wants to lead and truly make a difference within a progressive organization?

An established, yet entrepreneurial specialty healthcare firm is seeking a FP&A Manager to join their corporate finance group. Reporting to and working closely with the CFO, the FP&A Manager will be responsible for owning the FP&A function, helping to drive strategic process improvements across multiple parts of the business, and eventually building out a small team of FP&A Analysts. This new hire will play a key role in helping the organization navigate dramatic growth and will also act as a key management partner across all departments.

Location: White Plains, NY
Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 plus bonus

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, strategy, analysis, and budgeting processes, including business segment and departmental reporting and analysis
• Own, improve, and enhance financial and operational models, reporting, and analysis
• Build strong relationships with team members across the organization at all levels; provide cross-functional support and drive strategic process improvements
• Partner with the Accounting team to implement changes to systems and processes
• Analyze complex financial and operational from a variety sources to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management
• Deliver high-quality presentations for senior executives, investors, clients and partners

• Self-motivated, highly professional individual with excellent communication skills
• 4+ years of corporate FP&A experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field – Master’s degree preferred
• Experience working in the Healthcare field is a plus
