Title: Application Development Manager
Salary: $180,000 – $195,000 +Bonus

A successful financial services firm is looking for an Application Development Manager to lead a blended onshore/offshore development team supporting:
Internal applications for business origination & servicing
External web portals for customers & partners
External APIs driving integration & innovation

What You’ll Own & Drive:

Lead & Manage: Inspire, mentor, and guide a talented development team—ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Architect & Build: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of business-critical applications.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with business analysts, QA, and architects to create seamless, scalable solutions.
Standardize & Optimize: Set best practices, define application development standards, and continuously enhance processes.
Stay Hands-On: While leading, you’ll still be involved in technical problem-solving and architecture decisions.
