We have been engaged by a low mid market Business Services firm based out of the South is in growth mode for their Transaction Advisory team. The overall “TAS” team has grown over 30% in the past few years. In particular, they would ideally like to bring on an new Manager level, Healthcare TAS, resource with a proven background. The firm is has been around for over 100 years with cross industry and cross functional capabilities. Title: Healthcare Transaction Advisory – Manager
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 +Bonus
Location: New York, NY (Remote – US)

Responsibilities:

• Support transaction execution
• Assist in sourcing deals and possibly bring on deals in the TAS team
• Support origination activities, pitches, decks and build long term industry relationships
• Work hand in hand with Director and junior staff
• Advise on Buy/Sell side deals
• Lead engagement team in the financial due diligence process of deals
• Healthcare M&A experience is a plus not required, you will be able to work in other industry sectors
• Experienced TAS professional with a track record of deals completed
• Be client centric, foster existing relationships while creating new ones

Requirements:

• BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field from an accredited college or university
• Anywhere between 3 yrs – 5 yrs of relevant experience, in Transaction Advisory
• STRONG M&A Exp is a must from buy-side & sell side
• Must have experience with juggling multiple projects at once
• Some business acumen and desire to learn outbound business development
• Currently a CPA, Big 4 or large Accounting firm background is desired
• Open to travel as needed by clients
• Must have a track record of leading small teams (4-6 junior team memebers)
• MINIMUM 5 yrs of overall relevant experience is desired
• Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills
