Seeking a Construction Foreman to come on board one of the most respected and well-renowned general contractors in New England The ideal candidate can manage sub-contractors while also being able to put the “hammer in hand” to get the job done, and is will not shy away from a challenge.
This role is 5 days a week onsite a commercial interior renovation project in Cranston, RI.
Company has an outstanding track-record, and has an immense pipeline of work spanning years into the future.
Title: Foreman
Location: Cranston, Rhode Island
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000
Primary Responsibilities:
Managing subcontractor work and relations on the job-site
Working onsite in several capacities to ensure quality of work
Learning and understanding the “ins and outs” of bringing a commercial interiors project to fruition
Performing hands-on construction tasks
Qualifications:
Commercial interiors Construction experience
OSHA10/OSHA30
Extremely strong work ethic and self-starter attitude
Ability to be agile on a job site
