Title: Associate Solutions Architect (JR LEVEL)
Location: Stamford, CT, Exton, PA, Morristown, NJ – Hybrid
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 +Bonus Incredible benefits & 401K (200% of the first 5% pre-tax!)

Responsibilities:
Unique opportunity for a Software Engineer ready to take that next step into a Solutions Architect position. This is an execution-focused role helping translate the Insurance strategy, define architecture, and deliver the solution. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a Sr Solutions Architecture team, who will train and mentor you on Solutions Architecture. You will be involved in many critical transformational projects including moving critical C#/.Net applications into the Cloud.
The right candidate should have experience developing applications in C#, Net, API’s and strong presentation and communication skills.
Guide the full lifecycle of a Solution, including Understanding the Business Capabilities that are required and translating this to Technical Capabilities and Solution Architecture
Assist the customer (and business solutions analysts) to define and declare non-functional requirements for building out solution capabilities
Design architecture and solutions to meet business requirements in a manner that balances architectural standards, and implementation and operational risks, with restricted parameters such as budget and time
Create a feedback loop for those who are implementing and interacting with the solutions
Participate in the definition of adoption and experience metrics for the solution to measure the success of the solution
Present architecture decisions, explain the end-to-end solution, educate others on how they can contribute, and provide guidance on tool usage
Extract best-practice knowledge, reference architectures, and patterns for sharing with the broader community of Architects

Requirement:
4 years of Software Development experience using C# AND .Net technologies
Some exposure to working on Azure OR AWS
Understand & be able to communicate business problems & technical solutions in appropriate terminology
Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management
Knowledge and active use of Agile, SCRUM and Continuous Delivery
Experience working in the Property Casualty insurance industry would be a plus
