Associate Director, Agentic AI Business Solutions
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Salary $150,000 – $200,000

What You’ll Be Doing

As the leader responsible for delivering Agentic AI business solutions, you’ll oversee the complete lifecycle of AI initiatives—from business requirements through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
You’ll:
• Lead the delivery of enterprise Agentic AI and GenAI solutions from concept through production.
• Partner with commercial, analytics, product, engineering, and AI teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Drive agile execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule while delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate solution design, testing, deployment, user acceptance, documentation, and production readiness.
• Identify risks, remove delivery roadblocks, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
• Develop rollout strategies, training programs, and adoption plans that maximize business value.
• Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and performance data to continuously improve deployed solutions.
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring AI capabilities solve meaningful business problems.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who combines strong commercial analytics expertise with a passion for emerging AI technologies.
Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience leading enterprise AI, machine learning, or GenAI solution delivery.
• A strong background in Commercial Analytics, Sales Analytics, Business Insights, or Data & Analytics.
• Experience deploying AI copilots, intelligent agents, workflow automation, or decision-support platforms.
• The ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for executive stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

Preferred Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics, or AI solution delivery.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
• Hands-on experience delivering GenAI, LLM, Agentic AI, AI Copilots, or intelligent automation platforms.
• Experience working closely with Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Product Management, and Commercial organizations.
• Proven success driving adoption of new technologies and managing organizational change.
• Strong understanding of AI product delivery, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software implementation.

Education & Experience

Qualified candidates will typically possess one of the following:

• Doctorate with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
