Location: CT Based Projects, CT
Salary: $125,000–$165,000 + benefits and retirement program

Responsibilities:
Directly manage trade contractors and sub-contractors to keep work on schedule and up to quality standards
Oversee the general conditions budget and jobsite logistics
Serve as the primary safety representative, driving a strong safety culture across all trades
Build and maintain the project schedule, including contingency planning
Lead daily huddles, pre-task planning, and regular contractor meetings
Maintain daily reports and documentation
Train and mentor Field Engineers and junior Superintendents
Support preconstruction planning, scope development, and buyout
Build strong relationships with owners, unions, trade partners, and the local community
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
5–15 years leading superintendent roles on $10M–$100M commercial/industrial projects
OSHA 30-hour and STS-C certified
First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed trained
Strong knowledge of all construction divisions, scheduling, and cost control
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard construction software
Proven experience supervising a project team and enforcing site safety plans
