Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Manager
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Systems Management
Manage and maintain all company hardware, including servers, workstations, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment
Maintain detailed IT asset records, lifecycle planning, warranties, and service agreements
Ensure all software systems are properly installed, configured, updated, and licensed
Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and scheduled maintenance
Manage company website and intranet infrastructure, performance, uptime, security, and content updates
Partner with third-party vendors and developers to improve functionality
Manage network infrastructure including firewalls, VPN access, wireless networks, and internet connectivity
Maintain secure file storage, user access controls, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
Security & Risk Management:
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures
Manage endpoint protection, system monitoring, antivirus tools, and intrusion detection
Monitor usage, access, and compliance with company security standards
Respond to security incidents and coordinate external support when needed
Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
ERP Administration:
Manage ERP users, roles, and access permissions
Support ERP configuration improvements and workflow optimization
Oversee integrations with CRM, POS, inventory, delivery, vendor quoting, and reporting tools
Build dashboards, reporting, and automated communications
Serve as escalation point for ERP troubleshooting and vendor coordination
Maintain ERP documentation and user support materials
Leadership & Support:
Provide consistent, high-quality technical support through clear helpdesk processes
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding technology access
Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and technology partners
Support IT budgeting and technology investment planning
Maintain strict confidentiality of all company, customer, and financial data
Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing business IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and ERP systems
Experience supporting multi-location environments
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities end-to-end
Experience partnering cross-functionally with leadership and business teams
Epicor ERP and building materials industry experience strongly preferred
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
