Title: Kronos System Analyst II

Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

Our client is seeking an experienced analyst to support and enhance Kronos Workforce Management systems. This role combines technical configuration with process analysis and optimization across a large-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and support Kronos applications and integrations.

Analyze workflows and develop system enhancements.

Troubleshoot issues and manage upgrades and testing.

Design reports, dashboards, and documentation.

Provide user support and training.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years in IT or systems analysis; workforce management preferred.

2–3 years with Kronos Workforce Central or Dimensions.

Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and integrations.

Strong analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
