Product Manager, Audience Products

Smith Arnold Partners

Opportunity to join a high-growth technology company where data doesn’t just inform advertising decisions—it becomes the audience that powers the campaign.

This innovative, data-driven company is transforming how organizations discover, build, activate, and understand audiences. By bringing together sophisticated data, audience intelligence, research, and advertising technology, the platform enables advertisers to move from “Who should we reach?” to “Put that audience into market” in a matter of moments.

The technology gives advertisers the ability to build highly specific audiences and instantly pipe those audiences directly into the DSP of their choice, including platforms such as The Trade Desk and Google DV360. Once the audience is in the DSP, advertisers can activate campaigns across streaming, Connected TV, and digital media—turning audience intelligence into real-world advertising.
That is where this role comes in.

As the Product Manager, Audience Products, you’ll own the audience experience from end to end. You’ll determine how customers discover, build, manage, evaluate, and activate audiences while also shaping the strategy behind the audience portfolio itself.
You’ll decide which audiences should be built, which should be refreshed, which should be distributed through external marketplaces, and which products have the greatest potential to drive adoption and revenue.
This is much more than a traditional product management role. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, AdTech, Data, Sales, Partnerships, and Research, giving you the opportunity to influence both the technology and the commercial strategy behind a growing audience business.

For a Product Manager who wants to own a meaningful product portfolio, work directly with the advertising ecosystem, influence revenue, and see products move from concept to actual media activation, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact.

Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here

• Build at the intersection of data and advertising. Work on technology that transforms audience intelligence into actual media activation.
• See your products reach the market. Audiences you help develop can move directly from the platform into major DSPs where advertisers can activate campaigns.
• Own something meaningful. You’ll have responsibility for both the user experience and commercial performance of the audience portfolio.
• Work with talented, collaborative people. Join a team driven by curiosity, teamwork, integrity, and a shared passion for solving complex problems.
• Grow with the business. Help develop new audience products, marketplace relationships, and capabilities as the platform expands.
• Make a measurable impact. Your decisions can directly influence audience adoption, activation, marketplace growth, and revenue.

What Employees Are Saying

• “You have real ownership here. You’re not just managing a backlog—you have the opportunity to influence what gets built and where the product goes.”
• “The combination of data, advertising technology, and product makes every project interesting. You’re constantly solving new problems and learning about the market.”
• “It’s incredibly rewarding to see something you helped build move directly into the marketplace and ultimately get used in real advertising campaigns.”
