We’re looking for a driven Project Manager I ready to step up, take ownership, and grow fast alongside seasoned Senior Project Managers and Project Executives who will mentor you every step of the way. You’ll be on-site, in the action, and at the center of it all.

Compensation: $100,000–$126,000 + Full Benefits & Profit-Sharing/401(k)

What You’ll Do:

Help lead the project safety plan and drive risk mitigation strategies
Manage financial forecasting, change orders, and cost control
Build and execute project-specific quality and closeout plans
Supervise and direct project administrators, superintendents, and engineers
Shape subcontracting strategy and support the buyout process
Draft contracts, agreements, and purchase orders while managing compliance
Support GMP preparation, design coordination, and estimating
Lead monthly schedule updates and constructability reviews
Coach, train, and develop your direct reports
Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that gets results

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
4–7 years of relevant project management experience
Sharp communication skills and a natural ability to lead teams
Comfort with Microsoft Office and industry-standard construction software
A strategic mindset
