Title: Senior / Experienced Construction Recruiter
Location: Wilton, CT (Hybrid – 2 days in office after training)
Salary: $40,000 to $52,000 + Uncapped Commission (up to 65%)

• Run a full desk with high autonomy

• Partner with clients as a strategic advisor
