Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to oversee Municipal/Commercial construction projects across CT, ensuring seamless execution from groundbreaking to completion. This position requires some travel, managing site operations, coordinating teams, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
On-Site Leadership: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Quality Control: Enforce high standards for craftsmanship and compliance with industry regulations.

Safety Management: Implement and monitor safety procedures, conducting regular audits and enforcing OSHA standards.

Team Coordination: Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project success.

Schedule & Logistics: Develop work schedules, track progress, and manage logistics to optimize efficiency.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth operations.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Represent the company professionally, fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial/municipal construction.

Willingness to travel as projects demand.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project scheduling.

Proficiency in project management software and site documentation.

Valid driver’s license and ability to manage independent travel.
