We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee operations, manage sub-contractors, and ensure projects are executed efficiently. This is a leadership role requiring discretion, professionalism, and expertise in managing complex workflows.

Location: Stamford, CT area 
Salary: $120,000–$140,000

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight & Execution: Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction/project management or site supervision.
Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate complex operations.

Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project management tools.

Compliance & Safety:
Expertise in OSHA regulations, environmental safety, and legal compliance.

Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
