The firm has built a reputation for excellence in M&A advisory across multiple Industrials sub-verticals and has grown a significant amount over the past few years. support a strong pipeline of Deals
Known for its entrepreneurial culture, flexibility, and top-of-market core Industrials sector, the firm offers an exceptional platform for consultants to deepen their expertise in PE. Currently the firm is building out their capabilities in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and PE Consulting Services.
Title: Sr Manager – Commercial Diligence
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $175,000 to $190,000 + 50% Bonus

Responsibilities:
Work closely with Senior leadership and Partners to review, analyze, and create practical approaches to help clients solve their most important strategic challenges.
Lead and manage fast-moving, research-heavy consulting projects that require strong coordination and teamwork.
Gather insights by interviewing key industry leaders, reviewing existing research, and using the firms decades of experience as a leading Industrials-focused Investment Bank and advisory platform.
Build clear, engaging presentations and reports that explain findings and tell a strong story.
Present recommendations directly to senior executives at client organizations.
Contribute to new thought leadership that contributes to the firm’s perspective and expertise within the Industrials sector.
Lead and manage execution of CDD engagements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or information systems; MBA or similar master’s preferred.
5 to 7 years in professional services with strong consulting or M&A experience; Financial/Commercial Due diligence, M&A Advisory, private equity or investment banking backgrounds are also valuable.
Strong project manager with experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong EQ and a history of hitting goals and driving results.
Confident leader who can make good decisions even with limited information.
the ability to support and coach junior team members.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Clear, confident communicator with strong writing, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
