Title- Operations Consulting
Salary/Compensation – $125,000 – $145,000 Base + Bonus
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Relevant Responsibilities

* Partner with executive and operational leadership teams to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
* Assess client operations through data analysis, operational diagnostics, stakeholder interviews, and field observations.
* Develop practical recommendations that improve project execution, operational consistency, organizational effectiveness, and financial performance.
* Lead and support consulting engagements focused on project management, project controls, estimating, preconstruction, procurement, supply chain, equipment management, and field operations.
* Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.
* Help clients implement operational improvements and drive sustainable organizational change.
* Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to deliver high-quality client engagements.
* Build trusted relationships with client executives and operational leaders throughout engagements.
* Contribute to thought leadership through industry research, presentations, articles, and conference participation.
* Support practice growth through knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Relevant Requirements for this role, **MBA is highly preferred**

* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Master’s degree (MBA, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field) preferred.
* Experience in management consulting and/or construction operations with exposure to operational improvement, project delivery, or business transformation initiatives.
* Strong understanding of construction operations, capital projects, and project execution.
* Excellent analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive and operational stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively in a client-facing environment.
* High degree of initiative, intellectual curiosity, and professional maturity.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial consulting environment.
* Willingness to travel approximately UP TO 80% based on client needs.
