Title: Controller
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
Location: Lewistown, PA

Responsibilities:
– Direct all accounting operations across both sites, ensuring compliance and accuracy
– Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
– Manage accounts payable and receivable with a strong focus on cash flow health
– Perform detailed financial analysis and implement effective internal controls
– Collaborate with executive leadership to support data-driven strategy and planning

Requirements:
– Solid background in financial reporting, forecasting, and budget development
– Practical experience managing AP/AR functions and streamlining financial systems
– Proficient in accounting platforms and financial management tools
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CMA a strong asset
– Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
– Experience in the manufacturing or industrial space is highly desirable
