Position Details

Title: ERP Business Analyst
Location: Greater Philadelphia PA
Compensation: $83,000 – $96,000 Base Salary
Bonus: Potential performance-based bonus opportunity

Key Responsibilities

ERP Systems & Manufacturing Operations
Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP-enabled manufacturing processes and production workflows.
Analyze manufacturing operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and performance.
Evaluate workflow gaps, adoption risks, and operational constraints while recommending practical solutions.
Partner with ERP implementation teams, IT, engineering, and operations leaders during system design, testing, and deployment activities.
Support manufacturing system integration efforts including ERP, MES, quality, reporting, and digital production technologies.
Training & Workforce Enablement
Design and deliver comprehensive ERP and manufacturing systems training programs.
Develop SOPs, work instructions, job aids, visual guides, and process documentation.
Facilitate classroom training, workshops, and hands-on coaching sessions.
Build scalable train-the-trainer programs that support long-term workforce capability.
Measure training effectiveness through operational metrics and user adoption data.
Change Management & Shop Floor Support
Act as the primary operational liaison during ERP deployment and stabilization activities.
Lead workforce readiness initiatives, system adoption efforts, and change-management programs.
Monitor system utilization, operational compliance, and process adherence.
Coach supervisors and operators to ensure successful adoption of standardized procedures.
Identify root causes of operational issues and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional partners.
Continuous Improvement & Business Optimization
Analyze operational performance data and recommend process improvements.
Partner with stakeholders to standardize best practices across manufacturing operations.
Develop dashboards and adoption metrics to measure ERP effectiveness.
Lead initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving quality, increasing productivity, and driving operational consistency.
Support organizational readiness, communication planning, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, ERP implementation, operational excellence, business process improvement, or a related environment.
Demonstrated success leading training, change management, workforce enablement, or operational transformation initiatives.
Experience working with ERP systems, MES platforms, production technologies, digital work instructions, or manufacturing quality systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to independently evaluate challenges and implement solutions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly preferred skills:

Experience supporting ERP implementations or large-scale manufacturing transformation programs.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
Experience creating SOPs, training systems, and workforce competency programs.
Exposure to multi-site manufacturing environments.
SAP manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
