Title: Executive Assistant
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000
Location: Stamford, CT

Our client, a forward-looking and fast-paced company, is seeking to hire a talented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO. While the title is Executive Assistant, this role operates with significant scope and visibility—closely aligned with a Chief of Staff function. We’re seeking someone who can serve as a strategic partner to the CEO while also managing day-to-day operations and priorities. It’s a cross-functional role supporting business initiatives and leadership alignment —this position blends both. The successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of balancing both tactical execution and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant will include driving strategic initiatives from development through execution alongside the CEO and senior leadership
• Streamlining processes and improving organizational efficiency
• Acting as a trusted advisor and liaison across executive leadership and departments
• Managing the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and communications
• Supporting internal communications and partnering closely with HR on employee engagement and organizational health
• Attending executive meetings and tracking progress on key initiatives
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and coordinating cross-functional activities
• Assisting with onboarding, employee relations, and company-wide initiatives

Requirements:
• Extensive experience supporting C-level executives
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
