Title: Executive Director / VP – Data Products, Big Data & Analytics
Location: Detroit, MI or Stamford, CT – Hybrid
Salary: $240,000 – 300,000 + Bonus +LTI

A global technology-driven organization is making a major investment in data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation and is seeking an exceptional executive leader to define the vision, build the strategy, and lead the modernization of its entire data ecosystem.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a large-scale transformation from traditional data architectures to a modern Data Mesh and Data Product operating model while enabling the next generation of AI, advanced analytics, and business intelligence capabilities.
We’re looking for a leader who has successfully operated at the Executive Director or VP level within a large-scale global enterprise and understands how to align data strategy with business strategy.
The Opportunity
This role will serve as the executive leader responsible for shaping the future of data across a complex global business.
You will own the vision, roadmap, architecture, operating model, and transformation strategy that will determine how data is created, governed, shared, trusted, and leveraged across the enterprise.
You’ll partner directly with executive leadership to drive initiatives that will influence AI adoption, advanced analytics, digital products, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.
This is not simply a technology leadership role.
This is a business transformation leadership role enabled by data.

You likely started your career with a strong foundation in architecture, engineering, or large-scale data platforms before moving into executive leadership and strategy roles.
