Most leadership roles focus on maintaining what’s already been built.
This one is different.
A global industry leader is embarking on a major transformation of its supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and operations ecosystem. With significant growth ahead, substantial investments underway, and a commitment to leveraging AI as a core business capability, the organization is looking for a transformational leader who can help define what the future looks like.
This is an opportunity to create the vision, build the roadmap, influence executive stakeholders across the globe, and lead the digital transformation of one of the company’s most critical business functions.
If you’ve successfully led large-scale supply chain, manufacturing, ERP, Industry 4.0, or digital transformation initiatives within a global automotive, electronics, industrial, or manufacturing organization, this role deserves your attention.

The Opportunity
As Executive Director, Digital Supply Chain & Manufacturing, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior operations and business leaders while owning the digital vision across the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem.
Your influence will span procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics, supplier collaboration, analytics, automation, AI, and enterprise business systems.
You’ll lead a global organization of digital professionals while driving initiatives that directly impact operational efficiency, cost optimization, supply chain resilience, business growth, and competitive advantage.
This is a highly visible executive leadership role with significant exposure to senior leadership and the ability to shape enterprise-wide strategy.

What You’ll Be Leading
• Enterprise-wide Supply Chain Digital Transformation
• Global S/4HANA modernization initiatives
• Manufacturing systems and Industry 4.0 programs
• AI and Machine Learning adoption across supply chain operations
• Automation and intelligent process optimization
• Procurement and supplier collaboration modernization
• Advanced analytics and decision intelligence capabilities
• Global operational standardization and process excellence
• Multi-region digital teams and strategic technology investments

Why This Role Is Different
This organization is not looking for someone to simply support the business.
They’re looking for a leader who can redefine how the business operates.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
• Create and execute the long-term digital vision for a global supply chain organization
• Influence executive-level decision making across operations and technology
• Lead transformation efforts that impact manufacturing facilities and suppliers worldwide
• Drive meaningful AI adoption that improves forecasting, cost management, reporting, automation, and operational performance
• Build a scalable digital foundation capable of supporting significant future growth
• Lead a global team of approximately 40 professionals across multiple regions
• Help establish technology as a strategic business differentiator

Ideal Background
We’re interested in speaking with leaders who have built their careers within large-scale, complex global environments, including:
• Automotive manufacturers and suppliers
• Electronics manufacturers
• Industrial manufacturing organizations
• Global engineering and technology companies
• Fortune 500 manufacturing enterprises
The strongest candidates will bring experience leading large digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations environments while successfully aligning technology strategy with business objectives.

What Success Looks Like
You’ve led enterprise transformations.
You’ve influenced senior executives.
You’ve built credibility with operations leaders.
You’ve successfully implemented large-scale ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, or digital modernization initiatives.
You understand how AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies can create measurable business value—not just technical improvements.
Most importantly, you’ve demonstrated the executive presence and leadership ability required to drive change across a global organization.
If you’re looking for an opportunity where your leadership can shape the future of a global enterprise and leave a lasting impact on how an organization operates, we’d welcome a confidential conversation.
