Title: Investment Banking Associate
Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 +Bonus
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Support transaction execution
• Work hand in hand with the Senior Directors and VPs
• Advise on Buy/Sell side M&A activities
• Work on capital raising efforts and different capital markets products
• Engage in the due diligence process of deals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Bankers (Associates & Analysts)
• Analyze market data and understand current market trends based on real time date
• Experience and interest in REGAL (Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure) is a MAJOR plus, can come from other industry focus or a generalist background

Requirements:

• BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• Anywhere between 2 yrs – 4 yrs of relevant experience, only Banking or combination of Investment Banking and or Corporate Advisory (ideally all within the Real Estate industry)
• Strong preference is M&A Exp, that is a must from buy-side & sell side
• Either a boutique bank or mid market background is preferred, will consider Bulge bracket background or Corp Finance shops
• Needs to come from an Investment Banking platform currently
