Healthcare Investment Banking Director

Smith Arnold Partners

A high-growth Southern boutique investment bank and financial services firm is expanding its Investment Banking platform and seeking an experienced Director or Managing Director to help drive the next phase of growth.

Founded less than a decade ago, the firm has built strong momentum, a differentiated client-first reputation, and a lean, high-ownership culture. With increasing deal flow and significant whitespace to capture market share, this is an opportunity for a senior banker to step into a visible, entrepreneurial role with real influence on strategy, clients, and outcomes.

The firm is sector-agnostic across Industrials, Industrial Technology, and Business Services, and is now looking to further build its Healthcare M&A capabilities. Prior healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
