We are Partnering with a Technology Investment Banking boutique in the Bay Area. They are a specialist firm focused exclusively on Tech. Some areas of focus include Financial technology, Travel/Hospitality technology, GRC, GovTech, PropTech and Safety/Security technology.
This is a middle market Boutique with a focus on M&A Advisory.

Title – Technology Investment Banking Analyst
Location – San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $110,000 -$125,000 Base +Bonus

Role Responsibilities:

– Conduct industry and market research
– Support senior Bankers and VPs
– Support deal execution and due diligence process of Sell side/Buy side mandates
– Build Financial models, merger models and valuations of prospective clients
– Take part in and coordinate meetings with senior Bankers and firm stakeholders

Role Requirements:

– 1-2 years of prior/current Investment Banking experience
– TMT or some Tech exposure
– Middle market or boutique experience is preferred, will consider Bulge
– Experience in closed transactions
– Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
– Quantitative and analytical skills
– Understanding Accounting, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions
