We are partnered with a Boutique Investment Bank in the Northeast. They have recently hired a number of MDs and are looking to add juniors! This firm has been around for almost 50 years with a track record of M&A deals in the middle market. Historically they have done work in the Healthcare, Consumer, Industrials & Business Services sectors. Typically this firm advise companies that are between $100mn to ~$300mn in Enterprise Value. With a legacy of middle market transactions, defined market segments, recent Senior hires and momentum in the Deals market, this is an ideal time to join this platform!

Title: Investment Banking – Associate
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 + Bonus
Location: Stamford / Hartford CT (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the Investment Banking team, senior Bankers and juniors alike
• Focus on execution of M&A deals
• Conduct research, stay up to date on the Industrials/Consumer market trends and M&A activity
• Make industry connections to ultimately develop a book of business in the low middle market ($100mn-$200mn)
• Create Financial Models, pitch/marketing material, presentations
• Perform financial analysis of companies
• Engage in the due diligence of deals

Requirements:
• BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• Anywhere between 2-4 years of Investment Banking experience, past Internships will be considered
• Industrials Investment Banking experience is a plus, ideally in the Aerospace & Defense sectors, any other sub sectors of Industrials is also desirable such as Industrials Technology, Logistics & Transportation, Building Products and Government Services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hunger and ambition to contribute to a growing platform
• Strong interpersonal, communications, listening skills and business acumen
• Able to work on multiple projects at once,
• Strong drive and worth ethic to get it done
• Relevant Investment Banking licenses such as Series 79, Series 63, Series 7 or the ability to obtain them soon after receiving an offer
