Title: IT Program Manager – Enterprise Data (Hybrid Agile/Waterfall)
Location: Remote / East Coast US
Salary: $130,000 – $165,000 base + bonus + full benefits

Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
Lead enterprise-wide data initiatives across Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Analytics
Oversee multiple concurrent programs spanning legacy data warehouses and modern data lake platforms
Build and manage complex project plans with multiple workstreams and dependencies
Align business priorities across multiple divisions and stakeholders
Agile/Hybrid Delivery Management
Operate in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment, leveraging Scrum, Kanban, and traditional methodologies
Run standups, sprint planning sessions, and cross-functional program reviews
Define and manage features/stories in Jira or Azure DevOps
Drive continuous improvement and optimize delivery processes
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
Present program updates, risks, and progress to executive leadership (CIO, CFO, CEO)
Partner with business leaders, IT, and data teams to align priorities and execution
Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Team & Vendor Leadership
Oversee a team of project managers, external vendors, and offshore delivery teams
Remove blockers, manage performance, and ensure delivery quality across all teams
Coordinate with third-party partners and consulting organizations
Data Platform & Integration Oversight
Lead initiatives involving ERP integrations into enterprise data lake environments
Support data flow analysis, system integration, and enterprise architecture alignment
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data engineering teams
Governance, Risk & Performance
Monitor program health including budget, resource utilization, risks, and KPIs
Manage dependencies across multiple strategic data initiatives
Drive governance, compliance, and reporting standards for enterprise data programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
7+ years of program/project management experience, including enterprise-scale initiatives
Experience managing multiple enterprise data management programs (3–5+ programs)
Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and vendor ecosystems
Experience with ERP systems and enterprise data integration
Technical & Tools
Proficiency in Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO)
Strong Microsoft Office skills including project planning tools
Experience with enterprise data platforms, data lakes, or data warehousing
Familiarity with Azure Cloud environments is a plus
Preferred Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
