Title: AVP, Enterprise Data Platform
Compensation: $145,000 – $185,000 plus bonus
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY (Hybrid)

As the leader of the enterprise data platform, you will:

Define and execute the long-term strategy for a scalable, secure, cloud-first data platform.
Modernize legacy data environments into a unified architecture supporting analytics, AI, and business intelligence.
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, streaming, and real-time data solutions.
Ensure exceptional platform performance, availability, governance, and data quality.
Partner with business and technology leaders across Finance, Risk, Operations, HR, Audit, and IT to deliver enterprise data capabilities.
Champion modern engineering practices, Agile delivery, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of Data Engineers, BI Engineers, Database Administrators, and Platform Specialists.
Manage technology investments, vendor partnerships, and departmental budgets while maximizing business value.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the data organization.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a strategic technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
10+ years of progressive IT experience with modern enterprise data platforms.
5+ years leading technical teams at the Senior Manager level or above.
Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
