Title: Product Manager – Technology & Innovation
Location: Danbury, CT
Salary – $120,000 – $150,000 +Bonus

We’re looking for a Product Manager who enjoys connecting customer needs, technology, and business strategy to create products that make a measurable impact. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future direction of a growing product portfolio by:
• Defining and executing product roadmaps based on market opportunities and customer needs
• Working closely with engineering, sales, service, and marketing teams to bring new products and features to market
• Gathering feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve products
• Translating market demands into clear business requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Leading product launches and supporting go-to-market initiatives
• Monitoring product performance, customer adoption, and business results
• Identifying opportunities to expand into adjacent markets and drive future growth
• Acting as the product expert and champion throughout the organization
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in Product Managers who are naturally curious and enjoy learning how technology works.
You may have experience in product management, product development, project management, engineering, manufacturing technology, automation, software, industrial equipment, or another technical environment.
Successful candidates typically possess:
• A strong technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with engineers and technical teams
• Experience managing products through the full lifecycle—from idea and development through launch and ongoing enhancement
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate feedback into meaningful product improvements
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
