The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to become the **right hand to the President** and help architect the next chapter of growth for a nationally recognized consulting platform.
The Strategic Operations Director will own the firm’s operational infrastructure and execution engine—translating strategy into disciplined execution and helping transform an already successful partner-led business into a more scalable, data-driven, and institutionalized platform.

What You’ll Do / Role – Responsibility :
* Build and operationalize the company’s next-generation operating system.
* Partner directly with the President and senior leadership team on strategic initiatives.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
* Create enterprise dashboards and reporting that provide real-time business visibility.
* Drive AI, automation, and workflow transformation initiatives.
* Improve CRM adoption, pipeline visibility, resource planning, and profitability metrics.
* Enhance operating leverage and increase revenue per employee.
* Establish accountability and execution discipline across the organization.
* Lead organizational change initiatives in a highly entrepreneurial, partner-led environment.
* Help shape how the company grows, operates, and creates long-term enterprise value.
What We’re Looking For
* 10+ years of professional experience with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
* Experience within consulting, advisory, or other expert-driven professional services businesses.
* Demonstrated success building operational infrastructure in scaling organizations.
* Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and operational transformation programs.
* Experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen with an understanding of consulting economics and business performance drivers.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to influence through credibility, relationships, and results.
