Position Details
Title: Tax Manager
Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities:
Calculate and prepare U.S. federal income tax computations related to international operations, including Subpart F, GILTI, FTC, BEAT, and related international tax provisions
Support non-U.S. subsidiary tax compliance and local income tax filing requirements
Collaborate with federal, state, and international tax teams to improve compliance processes and operational efficiency
Partner with tax controversy and audit teams to ensure international tax filings and supporting documentation are audit-ready
Prepare and analyze international tax reporting forms including Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, and 1118
Support quarterly tax provision reporting under ASC 740 relating to international operations
Assist with Pillar Two tax analysis, safe harbor assessments, top-up tax calculations, and GloBE reporting requirements
Support transfer pricing documentation, BEPS initiatives, and country-by-country reporting obligations
Analyze complex international tax issues and develop practical recommendations
Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and reporting requirements in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
7+ years of tax experience with a combination of public accounting and/or corporate tax experience preferred
Strong experience in U.S. international tax compliance and reporting
CPA and/or Master’s Degree in Taxation preferred
Experience preparing and reviewing U.S. and international tax returns
Strong understanding of international tax concepts including GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, and transfer pricing
Experience supporting ASC 740 income tax provision calculations
Familiarity with Pillar Two and global minimum tax initiatives is highly desirable
Experience working with tax compliance software is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to both tax and non-tax stakeholders
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
