Role – Transaction Advisory Services : Senior Associate
Location – Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
Compensation – $90k-110k BASE with bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence (FDD) for clients.
• Participate in engagements and serve as the key client contact.
• Work across multiple workstreams/engagements.
• Mentor and train junior team members (Interns/new additions to the firm at Associate/Senior Associate level)
• Analyze data, financial analysis, CDD work
• Notice M&A trends, do research on overall market and M&A engagement
• Set and manage client expectations with professionalism.
• Present to and communicate with both Fortune 500, public and private firms and mid-market clients.

Requirements:
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Nearly 3 years of overall experience in Consulting, Advisory and or FDD
• CPA preferred (other certifications considered).
• Big 4 background in FDD strongly preferred or a direct competitor
• Industrial FDD experience and exposure work great
• Healthcare experience is a plus and not required (other industries may be considered if from a Big 4 background).
• ~1+ years of experience in a Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Advisory role.
• Prior experience in FDD Advisory is needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally (client-dependent).
