Transaction Services – Senior Manager

Role – Transaction Advisory Services : Senior Manager
Location – Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
Compensation – $160k-190k BASE with bonus, equity and commission

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence (FDD) for clients.
• Lead engagements and serve as the primary client contact.
• Manage multiple workstreams across engagements.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Lead Business Development initiatives. Develop a niche to drive sales and sell different Professional Services engagements
• Set and manage client expectations with professionalism.
• Present to and communicate with both Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.

Requirements:
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Nearly 10 years of overall experience in Consulting, Advisory and or FDD
• CPA preferred (other certifications considered).
• Big 4 background in FDD strongly preferred or a direct competitor
• Industrial FDD experience and exposure works great
• Healthcare experience is a plus and not required (other industries may be considered if from a Big 4 background).
• ~4+ years of experience in a Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Advisory role.
• Prior experience as a Manager in FDD Advisory in needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally (client-dependent).
